Kaba stepped into the spotlight with its The Voice Kids collaboration, launching an AI-powered campaign across TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. From video ads, static posts to seamless carousels, every touchpoint felt native and high-impact. At the core, a fully AI-animated bear danced and sang its way through a vibrant, entertainment-driven brand world, connecting effortlessly with a new generation.

Just Food at the Padel City Cup
Kaba’s AI-driven campaign marked a first step for the brand, transforming its iconic bear into a fully animated digital character. Starting from a single visual reference, the asset was built entirely from scratch.
Using Nano Banana, I explored a wide range of looks, perspectives, and expressions, which were refined in post through cleanup, upscaling, and preparation for video generation. With defined start and end frames, AI brought the bear to life dancing and singing in sync with the energy of The Voice Kids.
Without strict motion constraints, the process remained fully prompt-driven, allowing for speed, flexibility, and a high volume of variations. The final bear was integrated across video and static assets, while all environments were built from scratch in After Effects.
AI-generated sound, music, and SFX combined with elements like the self made buzzer strengthened the connection to the show, resulting in a cohesive, entertainment-focused brand world across all channels.
