To bring real grill culture to life, I partnered with Michael Schmitz, the founder of "Ruhr-Beef" to create immersive, fire-driven content for social media . From behind-the-scenes event footage to bold recipe videos, we serve real flames, real flavor, and real people—one cut at a time.
Behind the Flames
Every two weeks, we rolled into production mode - capturing more than just standard recipe videos. From smoky Asado nights to full-blown BBQ festivals like BBQ Week, we followed Michael Schmitz deep into the world of live-fire cooking. Filming, editing, and publishing with consistency, we brought his craft to a growing digital audience hungry for authenticity. Along the way, we leveled up the content through brand collaborations - partnering with names like Miele to create premium integrations that turned up both the heat and the reach.
Ruhr-Beef is one of several freelance projects where I do basic content production. The mission: build a strong digital presence that speaks to both loyal customers and die-hard BBQ enthusiasts. Through consistent storytelling, strategic planning, and fire-fueled content, we pushed the channel forward - one sizzling post at a time.
